PATRIZIO MURDOCCA
Founder
Patrizio brings over eight years of real estate and construction experience to the team, with a background that blends financial expertise, development strategy, and hands-on project management. A Vanderbilt University Economics graduate and former digital marketing entrepreneur, he has since developed over $50MM in residential real estate, entitled 600+ lots across multiple subdivisions, and served as a consultant for major firms including Brookfield Properties and Legacy South. Bilingual in Spanish, he fosters strong relationships with crews and vendors while keeping projects efficient and cost-conscious.
When he's not on-site, Patrizio enjoys life in Brentwood with his wife and their young daughter.
MATT CONNELL
Director of Construction
With more than two decades of leadership experience across custom residential, multifamily, mixed use, and commercial construction, Matt serves as Division Manager overseeing construction operations from end to end. He works closely with executive leadership, architects, engineers, and trade partners to deliver high value homes and communities. An International Code Council Certified Inspector in building, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, Matt pairs deep technical expertise with strong operational leadership to execute complex projects from acquisition through certificate of occupancy.
Outside of work, Matt is a devoted husband and father of three who prioritizes faith and family. He enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and a wide range of interests including cooking, sports, and music.
FRITZ PALAY
Executive Assistant
With over seven years of experience across hospitality, aviation, and customer service, Fritz specializes in executive support for fast-paced, mission-driven teams. He has supported C-level leaders, start-ups through high-impact projects, frees up executives to focus on strategy and growth.
Outside of work, Fritz enjoys life at home with his six cats, singing and playing the ukulele, and traveling whenever he can.
ANDREW ISHIKAWA
Structural Project Manager
Following a commitment to military service as an Infantryman in the United States Army, Andrew has collected over 12 years of expertise in the construction industry. Andrew has a proven track record in sales, business development, and operations management. Andrew has successfully led cross functional teams, managed complex projects, and driven sustainable growth for organizations. A strategic thinker with a results oriented approach, Andrew is known for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining the highest standards of quality.
When Andrew is not working he is making precious memories with his wife and two sons.

Land Acquisition Specialist
Xavier brings a unique blend of grit, precision, and strong relationship skills to the May Construction team. Originally from Paducah, KY and raised in Nashville, his background in athletics and the culinary arts shaped his disciplined, detail-focused approach. Known as a natural negotiator and attentive listener, Xavier works to move opportunities forward with clarity and confidence.
Grounded in faith and driven by a deep connection to the community, he is committed to helping May Construction identify and secure the right opportunities to support the company’s continued growth.

Joel Consador
Project Coordinator
Joel serves as Project Coordinator, supporting the planning, organization, and execution of projects from preconstruction through completion. He works closely with field leadership, subcontractors, and clients to ensure clear communication, efficient workflows, and timely delivery. His detail oriented approach and strong follow through help keep teams aligned and projects on track while maintaining high standards of quality and accountability.
When he is not working, Joel values time with his family and prioritizes staying physically active. He believes in consistency, self improvement, and leading by example in all areas of life.
